The Center for Applied Psychology and Workforce Development (CAPP) is a training, research, and service agency within the EKU Psychology Department.

Mission

The Center for Applied Psychology and Workplace Development:

Provides professional development opportunities for students and faculty in the Industrial-Organizational psychology program,

Contributes to the economic development of the community by offering high-quality, affordable, evidence-based consulting services, and

Creates opportunities for applied psychological research.

Staff

All services will be provided by Psychology faculty and by graduate and undergraduate students working under the direct supervision of faculty.
