Bio
Serves as the founding Principal of the Laurel County Schools Center for Innovation; established in 2015. Extensive and diverse experience as a teacher, counselor, consultant, program coordinator, professor, and administrator in K-20 public and private education institutions. EdD in Educational Leadership (EKU, 2013), MA in Education Psychology (Union College, 1996), BS in Psychology (EKU 1993).
Professional Interests
Role of the Positive Psychology and Goal Attainment; Self-Efficacy of Low-SES, Rural Students to pursue Postsecondary Education; and the Role of Career & Technical Education in College and Career Readiness for Secondary Students.
