Dr. Jaime Henning is a Professor of Psychology at Eastern Kentucky University. She earned a Ph.D. in I-O Psychology from Texas A&M University. She has served as director of the I-O Master’s program at EKU since 2009. Primary teaching duties in the graduate program include Organizational Psychology, Organization Change and Development, and Professional Concerns, in addition to Psychology in the Workplace at the undergraduate level.  Dr. Henning currently serves on the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology Membership Committee and has served as Membership Chair of the Council of Applied Master’s Programs in Psychology. She is on the editorial board for the Journal of Business and Psychology. Dr. Henning’s primary research interests lie in the areas of organizational and occupational health psychology. Current research areas include the work-life interface, workplace safety, and workplace aggression, in addition to corporate social responsibility, focusing on employee volunteerism and environmental sustainability. Dr. Henning has published in journals such as The Journal of Environmental Psychology, The Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, Safety Science, and is an author on two book chapters published in the SIOP Frontiers Series.
